My apartment has a floor area of 1700 sq ft. Guests can use the living room and the dining area or watch the 3-D TV in the living room.
Coffee shops and convenient stores are abundant and operate all day. A beautiful public park within walking distance, great for learning free Tai-chi, jogging or walking.
A few Rapid Penang buses ply this route, to town/ferry terminal or vice-versa. If you walk a bit, you can find buses to the beaches and the airport.

The balance payment has to be made in cash UPON CHECK-IN, that is, on the day of arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFO

I speak English, Malay and a few Chinese languages fluently. If you need to learn any local languages, one hour of instruction costs only MYR 20.00.
The room rate includes internet access
Additional available services at an extra charge (payable directly to your host on arrival):
Airport pick up is MYR 25.00 for a max. of 2pax, an additional of MYR 5.00 per pax thereafter.
Sight-seeing by car is MYR 30.00 per hour but for out of state, it is per trip basis.
