HUPO Inn is not a traditional bed and breakfast, it is a modern and boutique homestay offering warmhearted services.

The owner of this villa, Mr. Li, who is from Beijing, China, worked as CTO in cctv.com, and now he lives in Penang together with his son who studies in Penang International School. He is a friendly, easy-to -communicate technological man.

Owner stays at ground floor and provides services like: light continental buffet breakfast, guidance and advice on where to play, where to eat, and other guests grab a car to tourist attraction, shopping mall or Airport, etc…

A light breakfast is included, it has bread, eggs, milk, tea, coffee and fresh fruits on the kitchen table, guest can use toaster machine, egg machine to cook themselves.

The villa offers an in-ground pool (4m by 11m and 1.4m deep) for all the guests to enjoy. The pool is also equipped with the infinity swimming function. Also offers movies every night on a giant screen. Guests can also wash in washing machine.

The property is covered by 50Megabites high speed WIFI, including every room.
The villa offers high level of security with closed-circuit cameras, coded locks on every door, and gated entryway.

The villa location is excellent. The local 101 bus stop is a 2 minutes walk from the villa. The villa is a 3 minutes walk from the famous Batu Ferringhi public beach, 8 minutes walk from the famous night market ,night food court and the town Center. Penang National Park is a 15 minutes drive away. Other nearby attractions include: Entopia (butterfly farm), Escape park, Fruit farm, Adventure Zone (kids playground), and many more.
