5KM TO CITY CENTRE, 2KM TO AIRPORT.
Room price is including airport transfer, the daily transportation help and basic city tour & basic local food tour(My treat sometimes, ha!)

FREE STUFF:
TRANSPORTATION HELP(FREE)- We can plan it well, mostly i can help you with my car in the morning and after evening.
HOME AMUSEMENT(FREE)- Guests can enjoy the SPA FISH POOL, playing PIANO or ZHENG ZITHER(A eastern traditional musical instrument), learning MINI MAHJUNG & various games……
My home will provides THE WIFI, SLEEPING MATTRESS, PILLOWS, BLANKET, HOT WATER for shower, CLEAN WATER for drink AND KITCHEN TO COOK if you want.

ALSO provides:
TOUR- The Food seeking tour and Hotspring tour/Beach tour/Nature tour…..depend on your time planning.
HALF BOARD- Breakfast and dinner(Mostly seeking special local food at my favourite restaurant or some secret eatery )

I am staying alone, my parents are nearby the neighbourhood.
I can speak ENGLISH, MANDARIN AND MALAY.
